We do not spread our practice across every advisory area. We focus on corporate tax filing, personal income tax, and transfer pricing documentation, and we handle each with the same standard of care.

Our Methodology

How Each Engagement Works

01

Initial Discussion

We discuss your situation and confirm which service applies. There is no charge for this initial conversation.

02

Information Gathering

We issue a checklist tailored to your filing. You provide the information; we manage the process from there.

03

Preparation & Review

The return or documentation is prepared by a specialist and reviewed by a senior adviser before it reaches you.

04

Filing & Summary

After your confirmation, we file with IRAS and provide a plain-language summary of what was submitted and what to expect next.

Service 01

Corporate Tax Filing & Compliance

SGD 480 per annual filing

A structured annual engagement for Singapore-incorporated companies requiring tax return preparation and filing with IRAS. We compute chargeable income, prepare supporting schedules, identify applicable incentives and deductions, and submit Form C, Form C-S, or Form C-Lite based on your company's profile.

The engagement also covers Estimated Chargeable Income (ECI) filings, which are required within three months of financial year-end for most companies. Where IRAS raises queries on a filed return, we manage the response directly.

  • Chargeable income computation and tax schedule preparation
  • Assessment of available deductions and capital allowance claims
  • Form C, Form C-S, or Form C-Lite submission to IRAS
  • ECI filing within statutory deadline
  • IRAS correspondence management
Suitable for: Singapore-incorporated SMEs, subsidiaries of foreign groups, holding companies, and newly incorporated companies in their first filing year.

Service 02

Personal Income Tax Advisory

SGD 350 per annual return

Guidance and return preparation for individuals with Singapore tax obligations. The engagement begins with an assessment of your residency status, which determines the tax rates and reliefs that apply. We then review your income sources, identify deductible expenses and personal reliefs, and prepare your annual return for IRAS submission.

For expatriates, we manage the additional complexity that arises with pro-rated income calculations, departure clearance procedures, and foreign-sourced income considerations. The personal nature of financial information is treated with care throughout.

  • Tax residency assessment and implications
  • Review of available reliefs and deductible expenses
  • Equity compensation and stock option tax treatment
  • Arrival and departure tax clearance (IR21)
  • Annual return preparation and submission

Service 03

Transfer Pricing Documentation

SGD 1,450 per documentation package

Preparation of transfer pricing documentation for companies conducting transactions with related parties across borders. Singapore's transfer pricing rules require arm's length pricing for such transactions and documentation to support those positions where IRAS thresholds are met or exceeded.

Our documentation package covers a functional analysis of the relevant entities, a benchmarking study using comparable market data, and a final report prepared in accordance with IRAS transfer pricing guidelines and OECD principles. This documentation is suitable for use in IRAS reviews, advance pricing arrangement discussions, or internal group governance purposes.

  • Functional and risk analysis of related parties
  • Benchmarking study with comparable market data
  • Transfer pricing report aligned with IRAS guidelines and OECD
